Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Every case is made and printed to order. Most orders (about 4 in 5) are ready to ship within 1-3 days - occasionally a little longer around holidays or if we're briefly out of a material.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, it typically takes 6-12 days to arrive, though customs checks or extreme weather can occasionally add a few days. Most orders arrive within 7-15 days total from the day you place it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.

Customs & duties

All duties and import fees are already included in your order total - you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.

If your package doesn't arrive

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, check with your building or neighbors first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you trace it.
