How long until it arrives?
Each case is printed for your order, so processing takes 1-3 days for most orders - occasionally a little longer around holidays or if we’re briefly out of a material. From there, shipping to the US takes 6-12 days, though customs checks or extreme weather can add a few days. Most orders arrive within 7-15 days total from when you order. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
What if something's wrong with it?
Send us a photo within 15 days of delivery - that’s all we need. If it arrives damaged, or the print doesn’t match what you saw here, we’ll ship you a new one at our cost. Nothing to post back, no forms to fill in.
